DISC profiling

DISC profiling is a personal assessment tool that measures how we behave and communicate. Is based on four different behavioural traits: dominance, influencing, stability, and compliance. This assessment helps people understand and manage their own actions and behaviours to bring better results.

By completing your DISC profile, you will discover your preferred communication and decision-making styles and how you behave within a team and under supervision. You will also learn your strengths and weaknesses in different situations, environments, and contexts; in order to align which development you need to aim.

 

Workplace Motivators

Workplace motivators show your dominant values that influence you to act the way you do. We help you discover the answers to questions, such as ‘Why do you do what you do?’ Where do you see yourself in five years? What career path are you hoping to take? What are the advantages of your work? What are the challenges you want to overcome?

By learning to recognise these value and motivator signals, we are able to work closely together so as to satisfy these values and at the same time, allow you to still do your job efficiently and effectively

Learning to distinguish your motivator signals also produces a more efficient and productive working team and surrounding, help your concentration on your goals whilst avoiding distracting activities.

Workplace performance accelerator is a tool for assessing and establishing collaboration between and among teams and their members.
