Collaborative Leader coaching involves working closely with a key individual and up to four (4) of their direct reports to help improve the effectiveness of the leader and how they work together as a team. It is conducted in an open forum that encourages honesty and respectful resolution of differences, whereby feedback becomes a tangible feedforward and results are achieved and roadblocks removed.

Collaborative Leader coaching consists of 11 x 60 minute sessions. Every session includes a 5-minute discussion with every direct report to gather feedback. Expect to build new agreements, achieve consensus, and find better ways of working together.
